Viticulture
Winery
At Mil Suelos, wine is born from respect for the terroir and the expression of place. We believe that every vineyard has a story to tell, and our role is to guide the fermentation so that the raw material expresses itself with the utmost purity.
We work with micro-fermentations, vinifying in small batches to explore different methods and understand every detail of the process. We incorporate varying percentages of stems and whole clusters, aiming for freshness, balance, and a more authentic expression of the terroir.
Although we use barrels for aging, we always prefer them to be used, preventing the wood from dominating and allowing the wine to retain its identity.
Every bottle is the result of this philosophy: the fullest expression of its place.
Vineyards
Our Vineyards
At Mil Suelos, every wine is born from a unique terroir. We have our own vineyards in Altamira, La Consulta, Las Compuertas, and Chachingo emblematic regions of Mendoza that allow us to explore the diversity of the winemaking landscape. On each estate, we work with respect for the identity of the soils, aiming to express their character in every harvest.
Collaborative Vineyards
In addition to our own vineyards, we work closely with growers who have accompanied us for years. This trust and collaboration allow us to have a key influence on vineyard decisions, ensuring that every grape harvested reflects the quality and character we seek. This relationship gives us access to an even greater diversity of soils and microclimates, enriching the identity of our wines.
Vivo o Muerto
