Centuries-old olive groves surround the Garnacha vineyards of our estate in Chachingo, Maipú, the place where we decided to build our own winery and put down roots. The land was covered by ancient olive groves, some over a hundred years old. In honor of that legacy, the estate is named Finca Olivar Centenario (Centuries-Old Olive Grove Estate).
