Its ultimate expression is the Teho Grand Cru, three wines that most clearly represent the concept of micro-terroir, crafted from different selections of our oldest estate, Tomal four hectares in La Consulta, planted in 1940. From there, Teho expands with Zaha (the heart of the vineyard) and Flora, our youngest and most experimental line, which pays tribute to the fertility of the land.
Teho wines are born from an obsession with the vineyard and attention to detail, focusing on co-fermentation of varieties harvested at different times. Through micro-vinifications, we aim to express the aromas, textures, and flavors of each vineyard as faithfully as possible. Here, the work and expertise of Alejandro Sejanovich as an agronomist is key: understanding each soil, each vineyard, and making harvest-by-harvest decisions in pursuit of crafting terroir-driven wines with a consistent thread in the glass—complexity, elegance, and balance.
