From this experience comes Buscado Vivo o Muerto, a collection that explores the diversity of the Uco Valley, from its southernmost point to the north. Its six red wines, Malbec-based, are co-fermented with other varieties present in each vineyard, highlighting the essence of these rescued vines. They are joined by four white wines, made from Chardonnay, and a sparkling wine crafted using the champenoise method, all expressing the character of these landscapes.
